Residents at The Flats at Hooper Hill can enjoy a multitude of amenities at Candy Cane Park. One of the perks of living at The Flats is a paid one-year membership to some of the features at Candy Cane Park which have an additional fee, specifically the CK Ray Rec Center, the Aquatic Center, and the Westside Rec Center. Only a 4-block walk or bike ride from our community, this 24-acre park is Conroe's most well-known park, and has grown into a popular destination that includes the Heritage Museum of Montgomery County, ADA compliant playgrounds, pavilions, picnic areas, the C.K. Ray Recreation Center and the Conroe Aquatic Center.
