Residents at The Flats at Hooper Hill can enjoy a multitude of amenities at Candy Cane Park.
Only a 4-block walk or bike ride from our community, this 24-acre park is Conroe's most well-known park, and has grown into a popular destination that includes the Heritage Museum of Montgomery County, ADA compliant playgrounds, pavilions, picnic areas, the C.K. Ray Recreation Center and the Conroe Aquatic Center.

The City of Conroe Transportation Office offers a great way to get about town for $1.00 or less*, with two daily stops right outside our community. Four directional routes can take you just about anywhere you want to go, allowing you to leaving your car behind!
